We had a strange shuddering sound in the front of our car whenever we hit a bump or rough road. Alex had a thorough look, explained the problem and took numerous photos so we could understand exactly what he needed to do to fix it. We also decided to get a full service at the same time. Quote was accurate, friendly, capable service and now our 15-year old and much loved European car is running like a dream.
Alex is a complete professional, I have been having issues with my car for months, I had to deal with various mechanics before alex was able to identify the problem, he ran me through the process and was very informative. Will definitely be going back from now on .
Last Tuesday I had travelled to Braemar - over two hours to pick up a friend's Pajero. When I went to leave, the battery was flat. Called the NRMA but unfortunately the car wasn't part of a membership. I was in a real pickle. Alex returned my call, came around to the house, checked the battery and the alternator and started the Pajero. He wouldn't even accept payment as he said he was on his way somewhere anyway. I cannot recommend Alex enough, he is incredibly thorough, honest and has very high quality work. He went over my car and actually found an issue with my radiator and a few other things that had been looked over by a different mechanic and got it sorted before anything happened. My car drives the best it has in years. I will not be going to any other mechanic.
Excellent service by Alex and team, really helped me about the problem with my car. Highly recommend!
