I had some engine troubles on the highway today, pulled over, and called around to some nearby places to see if anyone could get me in right away. Even though he was fully booked like everyone else Joel was the only one who tried to help me. He promised to do a scan for me free of charge and said we could work out a plan together to get me where I needed to go safely. The place to go if you want a red seal technician working on your vehicle. What sets Ace Automotive apart from the rest is the owner, Joel is a good person with a gregarious personality and he tells you what you need to fix and what can wait - he is honest and that is rare in today's world.
Joel is a legit good guy. My truck is kind of a pos, call it a farm truck. But he has been nothing but fair with me, honest answers and doesn't just take my money. I work in the auto industry and it is a rare quality to find. He gave me a breakdown of stuff I should fix, stuff to watch, and stuff I could fix if I really wanted to. Pretty cool to see integrity in industry focused on profit.
