Love this car wash and they’re free vacuums
Watch the fine print. As others have stated, they have a nice big sign advertising family plans -- apparently, you need to request that in advance, even if it's all on the same number and same name... Further, allegedly, their system can't process refunds of ANY kind. Can't or won't, irrelevant at this point. They've lost a customer permanently.
My wife and I bought two memberships to their unlimited wash clubs. Very happy with the service.
