I loved this car wash until I realized it was scratching up my new vehicle. Swirls and scratches all over it. Maybe the bristles are old and need replaced, who knows…needless to say I’ll be searching for no contact or touch-less car washes from now on after I try to get these scratches out. :( The free vacuums are okay, but most don’t work and barely vacuum the carpet.
Paid for a premium wash and they didn't even touch the rims. Would share pictures if it allowed.
Wonderful and convenient place to visit. Loved the air hose feature to access hard to reach places inside my vehicle.
I have always wondered why there's never a line here. I took my truck here to get a wash, I noticed at the end of the line there is a sign that says "If you're not happy with your wash, we'll wash it again." So I got home, and my rims looked like the brushes didn't even hit them. So the next day I took it back and showed the guy that my rims still were dirty, showed him my receipt, and he said he would wash my truck a hundred times and it still wouldn't get them clean. Don't do the monthly plan, they won't turn it off. They say they will stop the charges and they keep coming. I had to change cards. These guys are crooks.
