🗣🗣🗣DON'T!!! Take your car to this establishment!! My first encounter was a red flag, I had a conversation with Mark, who went on to tell me about his help had quit including the secretary at the front desk. Which I thought was very unprofessional!! I just wanted my wind shield window fixed, When I went back to pick up my car Mark kept insisting I had a 100 deductible which no deductible was needed!! the work was great quality and fast service.
I don't even know where to start... the unprofessional answers I recieved, the lack of customer service, or even being told that he (the man on the other end of the call) is "tired of these calls." I wasn't worried about the cost, I just wanted a windshield replaced. After the 3rd time he told that he was tired of these kind of calls I bid him a good day, and promptly hung up on whatever he was saying next. Holy cow.
Quick response and very friendly service. I would recommend!!
