Absolutely wonderful service and lovely people. I went in today with an issue that turned out wasn't something that was electrical in the end. Its was a simple fix for my fob but Liam went above and beyond to help me. It meant I avoided expensive dealers and saved me a lot of grief. Thanks again Liam.
I recently purchased a vehicle from ace auto prestige and I noticed an issue as water leaking into my vehicle due to the drain pipes blocked as I had a sun roof. Spoke with Ryan who sold me the vehicle who passed me on to Hayley who was able to get me booked in ASAP and resolve the issue quickly. Overall the service and timely response was expectional. Not even remotely happy with this company, had 5 issues with a newly bought car. Was told don’t worry we’ll sort it and it’s all under warranty. Then rang me back to tell me it’s all road noise and the spare wheel making the noise and even if it was what I thought then they can’t test it and fix it. I’ve never had a car make this noise on any road. I had other opinions on the problem and they all said the same other matter.
