Not professional and unfriendly at all, I wasted time, energy and money. They didn't fix my car and I still had to pay money. Last week, I drove to the Ace auto body shop to fix my front bumper. The front desk staff saw my car and promised that if the front bumper arrived on Tuesday, it would be repaired on Wednesday and gave me a quote. But on Tuesday, their front desk staff called and told me that they couldn't fix my car. I went to the body shop early the next morning and they booked the wrong front bumper. Sadly my car is no longer with us and they were so helpful and empathetic. Not only did they arrange for everything from picking up my car and towing to there shop they offered to help obtain a rental. Beyond that they assisted with insurance and answered questions I never knew I needed to ask. They even helped me clear out my personal belongings, a lot of personal belongings! Plain and simple, really great service. These guys did great work for a reasonable price, and more quickly than I expected; more importantly, though, they seemed like really great, trustworthy people. They even went out of their way to give me a ride home after I brought my car in. You can tell they really care about their customers, and are generally just very friendly people.
