I had a very concerning experience while driving past Ace Auto Body on Railroad Ave. The owner and a tow truck driver were blocking the road, preventing cars from passing. I honked to get their attention, and instead of addressing the issue, the owner waved me off as if nothing was wrong. 사장님께 받은 정성과 서비스에 정말 감동했습니다. 작은 부분 하나까지 세심하게 확인해주시고, 모든 수리 과정을 투명하게 설명해주셔서 마음이 편안했어요. Hit and run 사고로 차가 많이 망가져 속상했는데, 사장님 도움으로 전면 교체를 받고 새 차처럼 돌아왔습니다. 이렇게 진심으로 고객을 생각해주는 곳은 드물다고 느꼈습니다. 진심으로 감사드립니다. I don’t think I’ll ever stress about car repairs again. The owner was super thorough and explained everything step by step. I’ve honestly never been this happy with any auto body shop. My car was badly damaged from a hit-and-run, but he got everything replaced and now it looks like a brand new car. Really appreciate it!
I brought my vehicle in to have some damage on the tailgate repaired. I could not be happier with the service. KJ did a great job with the repair, the damage is unnoticable. He was also very responsive and very helpful with questions I needed answered. I highly recommend Ace Auto Body
They did a great job with some cosmetic work on my bumper! I couldn’t even tell where the repairs were. I loved that they worked quickly and were priced well. Would highly recommend!
