Seph was very professional and courteous, he arrived on time and had our appraisal done in a timely manner. Would recommend, Thanks again!
Seph Hammer broke into my house in the middle of the night while I was sleeping. He assualting and terrorizing my children. Please look up case #19-534-53. He was high!!! I never hired him to appraise my house, but while he was high, he thought he was apprasing my house! I am pressing charges, he will be loosing his apprasial license. Stay away from this horrible frightening man! Don't give him your address!!!
My family requested an appraisal from Seph Over two weeks ago. He came quickly, and promised a report, “within a couple days.“ we have now waited over two weeks, have had little communication, and no response from multiple phone calls, text messages, and emails. This appraisal was critical for several deadlines which have now been missed. A level of professionalism has been completely absent. I do not recommend this appraiser under any circumstances
