Joe was punctual, professional and knowledgeable about Fischer & Paykel dishwashers. My dishwasher drawer wouldn’t slide without great effort and Joe fixed it. Best of all, his bill was very reasonable.
We've had them out twice over four years to fix our dishwasher which developed different faults. One issue was due to improper installation, the second was user error. In both cases he took care of the problem, and other than a long wait for some parts, the jobs were done quickly. He is also one of the few places that he actually answers the phone. Will use again (hopefully not soon).
