I called up ace to repair my icemaker in my refrigerator because it was just out of warranty. They were out the next day and found out that I had not put the filter in properly and that what was causing the issue. And then on top of that they didn’t charge me for it. Talk about great service and being honest. That would be the definition of this company

My tech was on time he was in my home 10 Min's so professional was very happy can have Thanksgiving dinner now thanks

Cory was very nice to talk and he knew exactly what the problem was. He also explained it to me very well cause sometimes I have problems understanding things when explained to me.
