Our technician, Ross, was wonderful today!! He had been out to our house before, as we have the yearly service plan from Ace. Today, it was our refrigerator. Unfortunately, it is cheaper to replace the refrigerator rather than repair it. Ross is knowledgeable, personable, and he even came prepared to wear shoe covers when entering our home. Ace Appliance sure seems to know how to pick, hire and keep the exceptional technicians!!
Kraig did a good job
Kraig was fantastic! He installed the new part in a matter of minutes and had our oven up and running. He was very punctual and a super nice guy!
Ross is very knowledgeable and great to work with. I am always pleased with his work.
