Our Frigidaire Gallery had suddenly turned off while we were putting in groceries. This caused us to unload refrigerator contents the night before. Kraig arrived on schedule. Once inside he noticed the issue right away. Somehow, some way we had managed to push the power off button on the unit. Oops. Our bad. We felt a bit foolish but Kraig put us at ease.
