I was having a problem with the freezer door sealing on a less than 2 yr old refrigerator. Brian V (invoice #334914) called before he came out within the window I was promised. He was wearing a uniform properly identifying himself and was courteous. He found the problem and another I wasn't even aware of, and promptly fixed both issues. Excellent Service – I had a service call on my Refrigerator recently, and I must say that I am always surprised by how great these techncians are. They are fast, friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. Almost all of my parts have a lifetime guarantee and they have no problem answering my questions when I have them. I appreciate having someone I know I can call on a repeat basis. They are also family owned and operated I like to support local companys.

Great Service – Ace came out on a Sunday to repair my refrigerator after getting no responce from three other companys that I called for service. They repaired it on the spot and saved my food that was defrosting. This company has great service and I have refered them to friends and family and had nothing except positive feedback. Its hard to find honest family operated businesses..... Keep up the good work ACE.
