Our range stopped working - called on Mon, serviceman arrived next morning early. Was finished in less than 30 min. Only charged small service fee (under $100) . Very courteous, respectful (wore mask). Highly recommend ACE.
This company is so very efficient!! Someone answered the phone right when I called to say our refrigerator wasn't working, and they set up a time with Arrow Refrigeration to come out that very afternoon. After assessing the problem, the two men ordered the part, and David came the same day, at night to fix it. I was so very worried about our food, and thankfully they were right on the ball. The refrigerator warranty company said they wouldn't be out till Wednesday -five days from now, so going with this company was a far bet... read more
David was knowledgeable and friendly and very honest. Same-day service, very pleased with the repair of our fridge.
