I wish there was a way I could give him a negative review and there was a way when someone clicked the page it would scream STAY AWAY FROM ALVIN. This man stole $246 dollars from my mother. I was here when he came and so called told her what was wrong and promised to come back. The review that gives Alvin Birotte the 5 stars was given by a relative! Mr Alvin Birotte is a HORRIBLE repairman. He broke my freezer door 7 months ago when replacing the fan. he refuses to return our calls or txts. my refrigerator is 10 yr old and never gave me a problem before the fan went out. He charged me $220.00 to repair.
