I wish there was a way I could give him a negative review and there was a way when someone clicked the page it would scream STAY AWAY FROM ALVIN. This man stole $246 dollars from my mother. I was here when he came and so called told her what was wrong and promised to come back. A complete fraud! Lies and never fulfills on promises! Does not refund money owed to the customer! Makes appointments and does show up or call to explain. Would give negative star rating but it is not available; had to chose 1 star in order to post my review.

One given 1 star because required - shouldn't be a star at all! Said he made repair - never checked to see if fixed. Said he came out 2nd time to make repair, but cameras show otherwise. Still not fixed and now claiming it is a different part. Rip off. Don't waste your time.
The review that gives Alvin Birotte the 5 stars was given by a relative! Mr Alvin Birotte is a HORRIBLE repairman. He broke my freezer door 7 months ago when replacing the fan. he refuses to return our calls or txts. my refrigerator is 10 yr old and never gave me a problem before the fan went out. He charged me $220.00 to repair. Alvin is a total rip off! He was supposed to come out on a friday. He called and said he was running behind on a job and he would be there at lunch. He called at lunch and said he would call when he could come because he was still behind and had to make a bank drop. Alvin didn't show up till the next Monday! He looked at the door,said the door was the issue and charged me $165.00!! I paid because I was desperate and losing food. I gave the fridge a chance to cool. It never did. Alvin came out to service my appliance early in the morning. He didn't arrive on time. and didn't have the part with him so he had to go get it. He said that he would be back around lunch but didn't come to fix the unit until 6:30pm. This was entirely too long for the labor price that was paid. The parts was also very expensive. I noticed one part was about 40.00 from Lowes and the other part was 20.00 from Sears. For 1 hour of work and 1 hour of travel time $125.00 is way too expensive. The total repair was $225.00.
