I was in trouble!!! I woke up on a Sat with warm milk and a thawed freezer. I remembered that ACE had Helped in the past. I called at about 910AM and they told me a repairman would be there between 11am an 1pm. At 1050am the tech called and told me he was in route. At 1110am he showed up an by 1135 I was CHILLIN. THANKS ACE

Ace came out on Sunday at 6pm when my refrigerator was loosing all of my food. I just went to the store and purchased over \$300.00 in products. The technician (Sam ) was great and did not charge any extra for it being a weekend. It was a fan switch he had on his truck and for just \$103.00 dollars he had my unit up and running again. I have since told my brother that had a dryer issue and one of my friends that had a washer busted and they both had great service. I am sold on this company and will always use them. Ron
Ace came out today and fixed my washer did a great job and had very fair price. The technician also put a water filter in my refrigerator I purchased from a local parts house at no extra charge.... This family owned company really cares... GOOD JOB ACE
I told Ace Appliance that my freezer defrosted and became warm, and also the refrigerator. They charged me \$59.99 to come to my home to tell me what they could have over the phone in that I need a new refrigerator. The service man from Ace Appliance took off half of the bottom back pannel of the refrigerator (really just unscrewed a couple of screws), didnt look inside but stood up after the screws came loose and told me it would be about \$300 to repair, if the repair lasted and that I should just buy a new refrigerator. I had a repair man out to fix my dryer. In less than an hour I had a working dryer again, and he even gave me an \$8 discount on the repair!! I will never use another service again. If anyone from Ace Appliance is reading this, keep up the good work!
