Walter was a real pleasure to work with! I appreciated his willingness to explain what needed to be done in order to fix our dryer issue. He was confident, kind and and I felt sure that he could solve our problem. He only charged us for the work he did that day, knowing he would need to come back the next day for optimum opportunity to fix a bigger issue that he discovered. My heater stopped working. I called and had their technician at my house right at the beginning of the 3 hour window promised on a Saturday. The technician was very nice, knowledgeable, and he was able to replace the thermostat and the transformer in less than an hour and it didn't cost me an arm or a leg either. I am very happy with the service and would recommend them.
