Hey guys I have left multiple messages and emails and I'm not getting any responses. Are you still in business?
Installed our ducted system in late 2004, professional and tidy installation that has worked great for 17+ years. A few days ago it came up with an error code, I rang Paul and chatted to him about my system and he directed me to what the possible problem could be, I managed to reset the fault myself and the unit is operating again, when I rang Paul back to inform and thank him, and remunerate him for his time he was just happy that he could help. Great family business that I can only recommend.
After previously dealing with Ace Air at a rental unit, I was very happy with their professionalism, time keeping and friendliness. We recently bought a house and Ace Air came out, gave a quote and we scheduled a date for installation. They turned up on time, and worked non stop till the A/C and ducts were installed. They even sorted out my switchboard, there and then. The A/C keeps the house lovely, and is so quiet. From phoning the company to dealing directly with them, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Ace Air.
