We chose to contract with Ace 1 Drainage after consulting with a few companies for our backyard issues. Demetrius explained the plan for downspouts, waterproofing an exterior wall area, and a French drain system to channel the rainwater from our backyard patio area out into a front yard emitter. He and his team worked proficiently to create the system. Demetrius provided answers to many questions asked as the project was worked. We appreciate the promptness of the project and the communication with Demetrius and Stefany.

I am very impressed with the work performed by Demetrius and Stefany. My home suffered some water intrusion during the last two hurricanes (Helene and Milton) so I wanted to take steps to improve the drainage around my house. They worked with me to create a drainage plan, then set about putting it in motion. I'm now much better prepared for hurricane season. even though I did not use Demetrius’ services (because it wasn’t needed at this time), I would still like to express my appreciation for the time he took to walk through my property, and discuss the issues I was having. It is hard to find honest businesses but Demetrius is patient, kind, and extremely thorough. I’m sure if I need his services in the future, he would be amazing to work with!
