They had good pricing and addressed a drainage issue on the side of our house with a footer drain but there were some concerning things that happened or that we found out about after we paid, which they very adament and pressing we paid them in full even before completing the job. Our fence was removed to re-grade the side and was kind of just set on the dirt afterwards to the point it was falling 1 day later. We had bad drainage issues from a poorly graded lot. Demetrious came and installed a French drain, improved the grading. He was professional, worked hard for several days to get the job done. Price very reasonable. I highly recommend.

Had Ace come out and waterproof one wall of an addition we were getting water intrusion from. I've waited about a month to post this so I could confirm the repair was good first. In that month we have had a lot of rain and no water intrusion. The service was excellent as well. For future customers: I would strongly recommend paying them to remove the excess dirt and debris... that was a pain to deal with.
