Originally thought it was $340 for the service and $380 total with the transmission oil change, would have liked for staff to be more specific with exact prices before I was surprised at the end with a bigger bill than expected. Took my van here a few months back for a gear and engine service. Now my gears run a lot smoother. Even though they missed fixing my headlight, but I mentioned it and two minutes later it was fixed. The guys working there are very friendly and the Manager is too. I had my van break down a couple of weeks ago and had to get it towed to an area that wasn't considered "dangerous". Started out as a good experience but by the end of it, I felt like they took advantage of us. My husband called to have my car looked at as a diagnostic test from a mechanic showed there may be issues with the transmission, and told them the exact “issues” that came up on the test. My mum dropped the car off as I’m recovering from a c-section and she was told if they couldn’t find anything wrong with the car then we wouldn’t be charged.
