Called for a warranty issue with our red back battery system. Was told that their books are closed until the end of the year and that they couldn’t help us. Pretty disappointed considering since we bought the place we tried to give acdc energy who installed the system in the house any other work we had within the house/property to be loyal customers. We had an exiting 6.6kw solar system installed 7/8 years ago. We wanted an additional 10kw solar plus around 20kw of battery, and we wanted a local company who could provide backup in the event of any problems.
