Cada vez q vengo siempre la misma espera,las que trabajan en el frente muy mal trato,les molesta q le hagan preguntas .mi cita era para las 3 y son las 4:8 y ni siquiera me han llamado.Sabiendo ellos q el niño tiene autismo y se pone súper impaciente.Ademas de q uno tiene otros asuntos q atender.La verdad trabajan muy mal la parte delantera y ni hablar de las citas q te las programan y ni te mandan confirmación.Pqra luego atenderte cuando entiendan .Ahora la parte de los doctores es la única que vale la pena esta espera .Mas... read more
Pésimo lugar, no lo recomiendo. No asistan ahí. El front desk es EL PEOR costumer service que he visto hasta ahora. Personal grosero, mediocre, incapaz y mentiroso. Nula disposición a ayudar, siempre con la excusa de que tienen muchos pacientes y una sola enfermera. El tiempo de espera aún con appoinment es larguísimo, incoherencias entre lo que te dicen un día al teléfono y otra vez cuando llegas personalmente. ACD pediatric group is one of the best medical offices i have been too. everyone that works there is very attentive, cares for their patients and helps with anything you need. it truly feels like family. highly recommend
Best doctor been seeing him since I was a baby and he is still my doctor today at 19 years old.
