This is the worst customer service that I have ever received, anywhere. The agent was telling me to go try other insurance brokers and do my own research. I would not waste my time going here at all. No one seems to know what’s going on here, not even the manager. Makes sense with them just sitting there watching tv all day. 1 star is too much for this place.

I'd give them a better review cause I've never had trouble there till today, the lady who sits in the middle of the 3 desks toward the back gave me a hard time trying to get insurance and title changed over, for a trailer I needed for work, that I bought. The seller signed his name on the transfer paper but she the insurance lady , wanted him the old owner to print his name on both the transfer paper and the old insurance. (He's back in russia) So I took it to northen savings and the lady there was alot nicer, she just had m... read more
