Why do you constantly say your open on Saturdays?..it would be nice if you updated your hours so that people arnt running around and finding it closed when it clearly says on your website its open..long weekend or not..it should be revised

This is the worst customer service that I have ever received, anywhere. The agent was telling me to go try other insurance brokers and do my own research. I would not waste my time going here at all. No one seems to know what’s going on here, not even the manager. Makes sense with them just sitting there watching tv all day. 1 star is too much for this place.
Was not open had to go to credit union and do my insurance .
