Bought a 24 valve head for a 2000 cummins back in December 2016 and installed it on a customer unit. Truck came back in 4/2017 with heating up issues. Checked pressures and everything leans toward head. Pulled head and took to machine shop I have used for years and had it pressure tested and checked. Valves are leaking. Head shows no cracks but all guide seals are a cheap product that my machine shop wont even use because they are cheap.
