This place gave me an estimate, made me pay for some of the work up front by signing the check (should have never done that), kept the vehicle so long a third party had to advise them to give the vehicle back to me. Hardly any of the work was done. When they returned the vehicle, it was dusty and the windows smeared. Great body work and paint job. On time and professional.
I took my Toyota Camry hybrid to ACD Collision for an insurance claim. I was very impressed when I walked into the office it was very nice neat and clean. I was greeted by the office manager Jessica I explain my situation and told her that I need to drop off my car and I need help to get a rental car I found out that I was supposed to contact my insurance and take care of that before I went there and surprisingly Jessica was very helpful she helped me with all the paperwork and the owner came out and got on the phone and con... read more
