I am very happy with the work th at Accuworks dot at my estate after my bidet burst and flooded my 2 nd and 1st floor . I was especially pleased with the speed with which Ben responded , he came out to my estate the day of the event to start remidiation efforts . I think his quick response is responsible for saving my solid wood flooring . The team is very professional, speedy getting back to you, and tidy in what is a messy business! They’ve made every step of the process as painless as possible and are thorough in explaining what they’re doing and on what timeline. Even our dogs love them!
Extremely difficult. Office staff incompetent and rude. They wanted money up front without detailing what they would do on paper. With so much confusion up front , there was no way I was going to let them touch my home.
