We’ve had a wonderful experience with AccuWorks and highly recommend them for water damage and mold removal. The team is very professional, speedy getting back to you, and tidy in what is a messy business! They’ve made every step of the process as painless as possible and are thorough in explaining what they’re doing and on what timeline. Even our dogs love them!

Extremely difficult. Office staff incompetent and rude. They wanted money up front without detailing what they would do on paper. With so much confusion up front , there was no way I was going to let them touch my home.

Accuworks was at my home within hours of a pipe burst, despite it being during one of the busiest times for them post ice storm Fern. That absolutely helped calm me during an incredibly stressful time. Afterwards, Jonathan was with me every step of the way until my home was back in order. No question was too small or off the wall for his attention and quick response.

Very impressed with the level of professionalism from every person I came in contact with. The repairs were made quickly and they did outstanding work. The room in my house with the damaged drywall was cleaned thoroughly after the repairs were completed. I found the price for the repair very reasonable. I can recommend Accuworks without any resorvation.
