This place is horrible I called to make an appointment only to be told I couldn't see the Dr till 2026 I informed my insurance company and they told me the that it was this year I was supposed to be tested , then I'm waiting weeks for a phone call to let me know when my glasses arrive only to call and find out the glasses been in a long time ago and no one never called to tell me the glasses was there will never go here again and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as the receptionists don't do their job in a professio... read more
I called them, they picked up phone twice and immediately hung up on me. 1 star. I'll spend my money somewhere else. This place doesn't deserve my money or time. I'm sure they're worse in person if they treat people over the phone like that, they just have bad character. They'll ruin your business, Accuvision! 4.3 stars is already low, but now its lower. 👎 Summary: Why would you go somewhere that blantantly doesn't care about you? I wouldn't, won't, never will. Place says pick up your glasses between 9am and 3pm Mon-Friday and I arrive at 2:20 pm and they are not here. Mind you the day of the exam the lady takes me next door to measure my glasses and since I’m Spanish she says now I look like a Mexican drug lord. The lady measuring me and I looked at each other like I can’t believe she said that.
