My child has an appointment there yesterday 01/28/26 at 3:00pm. From the time we entered until we were back in the exam room was 5 minutes. Dr Hundley was in our room within another 5 minutes. He is such a great Doctor and very patient with kids. He took his time and made my child feel comfortable during the exam. By 3:30pm we were already next door at their Eyemart store where you choose your glasses. We chose the glasses that fit our needs and the store manager was very helpful in getting everything set up for purchase. By... read more
Terrible,Terrible,came here on 09-29-25. Today is 1-21-26 and I have yet to receive my glasses! Stay far away from this place. Use the other eyeglass place on the end. I should have went to another place in Charlotte instead of thinking that this place would be quick & professional. Maybe I'll get them sometime this summer🤷🏼
This place is horrible I called to make an appointment only to be told I couldn't see the Dr till 2026 I informed my insurance company and they told me the that it was this year I was supposed to be tested , then I'm waiting weeks for a phone call to let me know when my glasses arrive only to call and find out the glasses been in a long time ago and no one never called to tell me the glasses was there will never go here again and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as the receptionists don't do their job in a professio... read more
I called them, they picked up phone twice and immediately hung up on me. 1 star. I'll spend my money somewhere else. This place doesn't deserve my money or time. I'm sure they're worse in person if they treat people over the phone like that, they just have bad character. They'll ruin your business, Accuvision! 4.3 stars is already low, but now its lower. 👎 Summary: Why would you go somewhere that blantantly doesn't care about you? I wouldn't, won't, never will.
