So their hours are all over the place, but I knew that going on. Before they were Accuvision I had insurance issues. But guys, let me tell you, now, it's just a hot hot mess. I had no problem getting my glasses, but got a new puppy and he chewed them. Put in a warranty claim, yay for that and was told on January 6th that it would be two weeks (yay), i called and called two weeks later (as the front desk advised) and left several messages. Customer service might as well be AI. It’s never taken this long to get glasses ever. I’ve had to call numerous times just to get any update on my daughter’s prescription lenses. Just recently called and was left on hold after 15 minutes the phone just hung up. I called back, no answer. I wanted to come back because it is very convenient to where our home is located, will definitely be finding another optometrist.
This was the absolute worst experience ever. My 1st prescription was the complete wrong prescription which took 3 weeks to come back. The 2nd prescription I couldn't wear at night because of a bad glare. They were sent out yet a 3rd time to correct the prescription again and add an antiglare protection and after over 2 months I never got my glasses. I would never go back there.
Awesome Service, Fair Pricing, Great Doctors...Beautiful Facility
Dr. Emmett is great, but the hours are all over the place and the way they handle insurance is frustrating since Accuvision took over.
