This is the worse vision place I have ever been too. Be aware!!! They receptionist is a dishonest personand very unprofessional and doctor Augustine is even worst. She allow her receptionist to talk down to me and then gave me attitude as well! They are a huge rip Off and I am filing a complaint with the bbb, the board of . It i could give them a zero I would!
Very bad experience with them. They took my insurance when I visited them and said only copay is applicable, which I paid. Then later sent a bill which showed complete charges as if there was no insurance. When I called them they threatened that I am liable to pay for which o reminded that they need to collect the money from insurance, then the lady said no insurance is updated so I need to pay the bill. I told her that I gave them insurance initially but she would not listen.
If I didn't have to give stars I wouldn't have given the one! I requested my contact lens rx 2 weeks ago! I have yet to get a call telling me how I can get my Rx. The young lady said that she would call me back. Still nothing! I asked for it to be emailed, faxed, and even mailed with her unable to decide on the method of delivery! This is unacceptable! I wanted to wear my contacts for my birthday... ha!!! That was a joke... still nothing!
