The front staff was wonderful. However I will not be back. Dr. Woo immediately came into the appointment with an attitude. Speaking to me like I was a child. I guess I didn’t answer her questions the way I was supposed to so she took a long pause. Like she was punishing me. I was furious. I believe she is the one needing to see a doctor.
I recently had an appointment with Dr. Michelle Woo, and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. Dr. Woo displayed an attitude problem and was quite rude throughout our interaction. Her demeanor made me feel uncomfortable and dismissed, which is not what I expect from a healthcare professional. I hope she can work on improving her bedside manner in the future.
This place is amazing everytime I come the service is fast and reliable.

Dr Michelle Woo was extremely rude and condscending. She would not listen and became verbally aggressive. Maybe get a job where you dont have to work with humans....? Front desk staff was wonderful and very helpful.
