Patty was amazing !!!
I took my dad to get a new prescription Dr.Woo called him back so I followed him as well because I was going to translate for him. She tells me that it was patient only allowed in the room so I went back to the waiting room. At this point I can still hear her proceeding with the instructions she’s giving him. patty was beyond excellent she went above and beyond to pull a prescription today for me and saved the day!! was nice and very efficient and helpful even sold me contacts i just came in for a question shes amazing
The doctor was extremely rude for no reason and I’ve been waiting since march to get my glasses still haven’t gotten them . They’re hardly ever open and when they are open no one answers the phone .
