2 stars just because the customer service and staff overall were very nice. I spent well over $4000 cash as they do not take insurance and walked away with no relief. I on my own discovered otc allergy meds are notorious for dry eye issues. Out of 4 Doctors not 1 ever asked me if I took allergy meds and seasonal allergies were on my intake form I mean how many people dont take them living in the Charlotte area! Always pleased when i visit. Exceptional staff, all are knowledgeable and uber-professional. Keep up the great work! Betania always gives the utmost in care and spot-on testing. Dr Shah is very approachable and never ceases to answer all questions and concerns with her obvious superpowers!.
I very much excited to meet dr and everyone in the office. I believe that finally I have hope to make my very dry eyes better. The explanation and support that I have received is tremendous. I am looking forward for my next appointment.
This place is amazing! I have been a dry eye sufferer for years, and Dr Shah has been a life saver!! She is wonderful, and truly cares about her patients! Her staff is also so kind, and very professional! I highly recommend this place to anyone!
