I never write bad reviews for small businesses. Its hard out there and if I don't like the service, I just go elsewhere. But the issues here were too significant to not provide a warning. My tax returns were filed late after the owner took a 10 day vacation during tax season. While an extension was filed, this lead to my personal taxes being filed late even after I provided my information early. She then terminated services with no notice. The worst accounting firm EVER! Don't waste your time. Literally will charge you to say Hi. I wasted a lot of time and money! NEVER AGAIN
