The people hear are very professional. They are efficient, knowledgeable especially about requirements unique to truck drivers. It is a testing facility not a clinic for minor emergencies, or some work comp claim. I highly recommend going here.
Nope nope nope. When you first walk in, the windows are closed and frosted so you can’t see inside, ok fine, for privacy, I get it. There’s a sign that says to sign in on the clipboard and someone will be with you. OK, so I signed in and waited, and waited, and then waited some more. After 15-20 minutes someone finally acknowledged that I was there and asked for ID. I’m thinking ok great, we’re moving along. Nope.
