I called Accutite Fasteners, Inc. twice to ask a simple question. Both times, the woman who answered immediately said she would transfer me, then left me on hold with no update. The first call was over 4 minutes on hold, and the second time I waited more than 6 minutes before giving up. Not once did anyone come back to the line to check in or let me know if someone was available. If this is how they handle basic phone inquiries, it doesn’t give much confidence in their customer service. Very disappointing experience
