Last year we had a new install of furnace/AC done by Accutemp. We recently had the follow up check. This was done by Christopher and he was great. One suggestion he made was to change to a grounded plug for $250.00. Through phone calls we found out this is not included in a service where we spent &16,000. That it was additional and if our systems goes down due to electrical outage our warrantee is not valid. We chose Accutemp because of their good ratings.
