Do not use these tax preparers. Paid them to prepare and submit my taxes for 2022. I paid them (Teresa) and they never filed my returns. Was expecting a nice Federal return and around October realized after researching bank statements that I hadn't received it. Sent emails and messages to Teresa Slaughter (or Shaw ) and she lied about IRS being closed during holidays and put me off until January and then wouldn't respond to me.
