No reply from them. Wrong information on results. They need to fix their process.
A waste of money and time. Read the other reviews it's the same problem. For Accustar I would suggest the easiest way to fix the problem is to employ only people who can count and fix your buggy website. Just a little FYI 3 days isn't more than 100 hours 😉
I ordered a test from the Air Chek website and a USPS prepaid envelope was not an option. I didn't know at the time that I ordered the test that AccuStar acquired Air Chek. I ended up sending the radon water sample UPS and it was kind of expensive because I wanted to get this sample into the lab ASAP. I was okay spending the additional money to have a guaranteed delivery to arrive at their facility within 48 hours of obtaining a sample. I purchased a radon in water test kit from Accustar's website. I selected the USPS option for return shipping. Following the provided directions, I collected the sample and mailed it using the pre-labeled box that Accustar provided. When I received the test result it stated "unable to report due to excessive delay in receipt of test device". Cannot believe this company is still in business. They are still ripping people off the same way they have been for 4 years. Read the reviews. It's the same thing over and over and they have not addressed it. They take your money but do not provide results. The only positive reviews are from Realtors, which I used to be. I frequently received offers to endorse companies that I used for a little money. I'm guessing that is what happened here.
