I purchased the test kit, exposed the container for 2-3 days as instructed, and mailed it back. I never received a report with a radon measurement result. It would have been less trouble and equally helpful if I had taken the equivalent amount of cash from my wallet and burned it. Do yourself a favor and find a real test lab.
Don't bother. They do not stand behind their products at all. Like the other reviews that I read after I purchased the radon test kit, I did not get a result, and of course it's not their fault. They blame it on the post office, even though they provide you with a prepaid box to send it to their lab, to be shipped by, you guessed it, the post office.
I regret not reading the reviews before placing my order. I returned the item with a tracking number, but never received any follow-up or resolution. Customer service has been completely unhelpful. The most frustrating part is that this supplier is listed as a recommended vendor on the Canadian government's website.
No reply from them. Wrong information on results. They need to fix their process.
