Recently, I bought an electric mower from the gentleman that owns the store and had a problem with the battery charging less than a month after buying it so he told me to bring it down, which I did and then he told me that that was not the battery that he gave me which it was, I have no reason to lie about it. He obviously gave me the wrong battery when he sold it to me and he was so upset that he told me not to come back again. Horrible service and they don’t stand behind their work. $205 repair and lawnmower lasted two days

brought lawnmower in as it would nopt start. They serviced it including replacing the jet in the carburator. Brought home filled with gas. By the next morning all the gas had leaked out as the carburator was badly cracked. Upon inspection the carburator was obviously broken to the point a large piece of plastic had broken away. They have denied all responsibility. How did they service the barburator and not see the obvious cracks and missing pieces of plastic.
Asked tobe called before going ahead with work,,,No call,repair done,not worth cost of lawnmower .Customer service missing,as is the money in my wallet.
