SCAM...be aware of this EXTREMELY BAD COMPANY...! Around 3/2023, this company called my spouse and advised they were from the same company, which was Safelite Solution, who replaced my spouse's car windshield around 1/2022. They said that the previous windshield had a low quality windshield and not safe to drive. My spouse told them that it looked fine to her and there was nothing wrong with it. They insisted my spouse to replace it for free. My spouse asked it they would go through her auto insurance policy, they said "NO".... read more
I hate that Google doesn’t give an option for 0 stars. Last week I was contacted and notified that when I had my windshield glass holes filled what was used was defective. And that my windshield needed to be replaced. I scheduled the appointment and they came out. Except when they finished there was a one inch gap at the bottom of my windshield which is not supposed to be there. Horrible service ACCU GLASS AUTO GLASS IS NOT RECOMMENDED !! When they came to replace my Winshild they scratched MY VEHICLE (Mercedez Benz )and put big chunks of glue my clips weren’t even been able to clip because they were damaged when I contacted them “The owner “ he acted like it was nothings and try to make it seem like they didn’t do it , and stared screaming over the phone while been sarcastic correcting me on the actual name of the clips!! I wouldn't recommend this place at all to no one they where so unprofessional when they did my windshield left small glass pieces everywhere and my rearview mirror is loosein then when I call to tryed in get it corrected they lied in said they would come back out in that they would call me in let me know what would be the best time for me I am very disappointed with this service I wish I just never got my windshield replaced
