I can’t say enough good things about Gary and the entire staff at Accurso Automobile Repair. I was in town over the holiday visiting family when my vehicle overheated on the drive in. The day after the holiday weekend, I walked in without an appointment and explained that I was supposed to leave the next day for a 14-hour drive home. Air pressure in tires were low as I was traveling. I also am in need of oil service. Bad news, I needed to make an appointment for oil change and was told I needed to drop my car off which would not work for me as I am not local, had all my bags and dog with me, but do understand their policy. Great news is they put courtesy air in my tires so I could get to my destination safely! I truly appreciated their kindness!
I moved down here awhile ago. I have been with my mechanics back home for over 25 years. I was very hesitant on finding a new auto shop other than the dealership. I have now found a new shop. They were very transparent on what we were going to do and the billing. I was treated professionally and honestly. Thanks Gary I will not go anywhere else thank you and your team for being quick and efficient.
First, I rate Accurso Auto Repair a #10. Excellent service, professional, and customer driven. Being a Villager (albeit 18yrs), it is hard to know who you can trust to care for your vehicle. Getting to know the local honest southern businesses is really a matter of connecting with the local networks. I had a significant engine failure of my 2019 BMW.
