Never seen an unprofessional solicitor before. Awful customer service , poor communication, patience lasts only one minute. Btw, the charge is crazy too, be careful and mindful when you start to think using this firm. Bad experience and have to use another solicitor during the contract.

As first home buyers, Susan at Accuro was very professional and helped us navigate our property purchase successfully. She had no issues picking up the phone to explain anything we didn't understand or were worried about. I thought it would be expensive going with an inner city firm, but Accuro Legal helped us a lot and their fees are very reasonable.

Recently we had conveyancing matters with the firm. All solicitors are very professional and helpful. Especially Susan, she was always happy to explain the legal matters to us in detail and listen to us, gave us legal advice based on our property situation. She was very patient yet in concise and efficient manner. We feel so lucky to have her as our solicitor. If we have any other legal matters, we will definitely come to her again.
