Adding to the slew of feedback here: our experience with Accurate Valuation Services is apparently all too common. Lack of timely responsiveness was a huge issue. Our lender attempted to reach them for nearly a week before any responses - with the appraisal being delivered late and pushing back our closing date due to their delay. I would suggest you have your lending team and real estate agents request another service in Central Oregon. I called this afternoon for some information regarding how to get an appraisal for insurance purposes. The gentleman on the phone spent 10 min telling me who to call and how to proceed. Very considerate.
This is possibly the worst appraisal I have ever received.
Terrible experience. Appraisal was late, called multiple times over the course of a week and was continually lied to and put on hold and given excuse after excuse with no contact or follow through by the appraiser, William Crockett. Completely unprofessional and should not be allowed to be in business. I’ll be notifying all my preferred lenders to blacklist Accurate Valuation Services from their AMC.
