$250 for a tire patch… what a RIPOFF
Talk to Phil he's the number one diesel mechanic in western Michigan.
The employees are very kind and one even helped me after hours because of a mix up. Although kind people, it took almost a week to get a quote for a repair on my trailer. When I got the quote, it was 2X the entire value of my trailer. After deciding I did not want to go through and get it fixed at this location, it was insisted I pay a diagnostic fee when this was not disclosed to me over the phone or when dropping the trailer off. Overall, kind people but the process was not effective or efficient from my experience.
When you look up the definition of "above and beyond", these guys should be listed at the top. I snapped a U-joint and dropped a driveshaft, got towed in afternoon and was done out the door by 0900 the next morning. Try getting anything done that fast at a dealer or truckstop. In 30+ years of trucking this is the best shop I've been to aside from my local home shop. You will not be disappointed. Bravo.
