Took my truck there for a new transmission and when taking it home it wasn't shifting correctly, so I took it back and Mike rebuilt a whole new transmission for me free of charge. One thing to note is I didn't go back angry and yelling. I was polite about it. Mike is an honest reliable mechanic and will recommend to everyone I know. Thanx Mike sincerely 2014 GMC
Recently brought my 2015 TLX in for a transmission issue. Considering I had a problem with it 2 years ago I was expecting the worst. Tasha from the office called with the issue and it was a simple fix. They also checked all the fluids. I had no face to face contact with anyone at Accurate Transmissions. They could have taken advantage of the situation but they didn’t. They are honest and that’s what will keep me coming back.
Excellent service from the front desk to the shop floor. Mike suggested a less expensive, cost-effective solution. Worked well. Honest shop. (Dave here speaking on wife's account)
Unbelievable experience, friendly honest staff. Very knowledgeable in there craft. Repairs done promptly and finished as promised. Completely rebuilt transmission and I don't remember my vehicle running and responding this way since around 2008 when it was new. If you are having a problem with your transmission I honestly would recommend that you go visit Accurate Transmission before you visit your dealer, you will end up there anyway.
I recently had my 2014 GMC Sierra 4x4 in for a full transmission rebuild, top to bottom. This was my first experience at this company and Mike and his team were exceptional. The work done was thorough and I’m very very happy with the service I received. I would highly recommend Accurate Transmission to anyone. Steve R
