If zero stars was an option they would be receiving that from my. My fiance crashed our car Monday and this company towed our car. Unfortunately we only had liability on the car so when we first called to see how much the tow and storage would be they told us “ call your insurance “ ok so Tuesday comes and we went down bright and early to get the car. They towed my daughter car after an accident. The hours are not the most convenient seeing as they close at 4pm, but when we got there the staff was more than approachable. They helped us out with zero issues, let us remove her belongings from the vehicle and we went on our way.
Predatory, Dishonest, and Unprofessional This is hands down the worst towing company I have ever encountered. My car was taken from a public area, and when I called them within 30 minutes, they refused to release it to me that same day. Instead, they stalled the process so that I would be forced to pay a higher fee. This is a blatant scam. As a nurse, I had to miss an entire shift because of their shady practices — not only costing me money, but also impacting my patients.
