If I could give 0, I would. The report and the pictures tell entirely different stories. The photos highlight a house with two full different bathrooms, two fireplaces and a full basement. The written assessment; one bathroom, one fireplace and a partial basement. If your business name is literally “Accurate,” you’ve failed miserably. Do better.
I just completed a custom home build in Gilchrist County FL. I paid $1.7M in cash for my new home and this company appraisal was $1.1M, $600K below what I paid. I can certainly see that some differences (plus or minus) in appraisals, but being off by $600K is nothing short of complete incompetence. Let me tell you why... I called to request information on an invoice I received. They're unable to provide details in real time/on the phone; email only.
Andrew was my appraiser. Used weak comps from surrounding neighborhood. Shows up for 10 mins with a peice of paper and a tape measure. Refused to give me a copy of the appraisal even though I was the direct paying customer. Wouldn't recommend
