STAY FAR AWAY from this company. They will quickly take your money and not do their job! It's been over 3 weeks to try and get a appraisal for my son's purchase that will most likely not happen now. They are holding up a closing and they do not care. Don't waste your money.
Terrible process…scheduler canceled an already scheduled appraisal! Arrogant on the phone! Do not use! Not even sure if it was going to be a fair or timely appraisal! Did not get that far… to many red flags!
They provided an appraisal for Unlock Technologies we were working with. They sent a realtor to snap some photos and measure the outside of the home (15 min total) then handled it remotely and provided a 650k appraisal. The same 650k amount we had a formal appraisal done for 3 years ago and we are in a hot market. The comps used, 2 weren't even in our same neighborhood and the other looked out into the back of an industrial family-dollar commercial semi-truck loading space. It's so bad it's almost a joke and laughable.
Please be very cautious on using any of their services. Am a mobile notary who not only tried to assist a borrower with a concern but also questioned why additional responsibilities were added with no additional fee. Basically just standing up for myself as a private contractor. I was removed from the job and left with my expenses. As a consumer or contractor I'd stay away.
