The worst title company I have ever had to deal with. Could not be any more disorganized or inaccurate. On the sale of my house the totals requested for earnest money and massive down payment were not accurate, but of course not checked until after we arrived with the check in hand. On the sale of my house they pathetically forgot to remove the sellers agent fees in the calculations and wired the money before authorization, thereby leaving me with a bill that needed settled for over $9k. This company has been the worst!!! They don't communicate with each other and they are in the same building!! They will tell you,, "jump through the hoop, and We can do this" They don't do it. You send them copy after copy of paperwork, they lose it. Say You never sent it. You leave messages to have them call....but they never do. They owe you money, but send the money to other people and you have to do the leg work to prove they messed up.
