Unfortunately my experience with accurate title was anything but accurate! I literally spent the entire day correcting their mistakes from missed signatures on documents to incorrect wire transfers to providing courier services to deliver cashiers check to replace missed wire transfers! All parties involved, buyer and sellers, were disappointed and inconvenienced by this company.
I closed with Accurate Title and they were great! The whole process was seamless and they were able to answer any question I had. Would use them again.
