Took my E46 in for a proper alignment after installing coilovers. The mechanic only adjusted toe, didn’t touch camber or caster, and left my steering wheel off-center. Took it back expecting them to fix it, but they gave me some vague excuse and told me to “go somewhere else” if I wasn’t happy. No accountability, no real attempt to resolve the issue. If you’re driving a lowered or enthusiast car and expect actual attention to detail, this is not the place.

Got front struts and lower control arm bushing replaced + alignment for $1450 . Then I noticed my steering was getting more and more heavier after. When I saw under the car, left side boot was completely twisted. I untwisted it but the steering was still heavy. Took my car to check if alignment or anything was wrong, He inspected my car for less than 5 minutes then tells me to pay 85 dollars saying alignment is fine and that he needs to charge for taking wheels off and put it back on.
