If I could give Michele 10 stars I would. I had an appointment set up last week for finger printing for my new job. Unfortunately their machines were on the fritz. And it was cancled. The company (idengo) that issued the appointment set a second one up for that day knowing that accurate was down. So I drove up there. Michele was so apologetic and informative on why things happened. She apologized for the other company even tho they were at fault. I set another appointment with her for this past Tuesday. Michele was a very nice lady, and understanding after I didn't know my ssn but ended up finding it she still found room to fit me in
Yes they do fingerprints, but they do not always have the scanner. Make sure to call ahead to confirm they have the finger print scanner for your scheduled appointment - or you may find yourself driving over an hour to be told they cannot do your prints as your appointment was scheduled on a day where the scanner is not at the location! Beware! You will be profiled, and they will treat you differently. Phone operator will make you feel bad for calling and leave you to be beside yourself.
